This heritage site was a former soap factory and, with principal Erilyan, Aidan and Andrew transformed it into 6 Luxury apartments. With a palatial roof top garden embracing the city views and meticulously restored heritage foyers and stairwells, the building itself is the real hero of this project and a credit to the entire design and construction teams.

We discovered the terrazzo foyer floor under a layer of tiles and screed, this became a centre piece to the heritage restoration. Nice touches around the build include the Copper roofed pavilion in the roof top garden and steel framed windows across the façade.
